Commercial risk and contract-operating review
A contract is signed once and operated every day.
- Scope
- One project and up to 3 operating or vendor agreements
- Indicative timing
- 3–5 weeks
- Progress measure
- An owner and date for every material obligation
Who it is for: Commercial manager or project director
Illustrative scenario
A contractor holds a main contract and several supplier agreements, with obligations buried in hundreds of pages. Operations don't know which approval precedes which payment, or who owns each risk. We turn one project contract and up to three operating or vendor agreements into an obligations matrix, approval gates, payment-milestone dependencies and clear risk ownership. We provide no legal opinion, litigation, quantity surveying or claims certification. Our target is that every material obligation has an owner and a date.
Workflow
Read agreements and extract obligations

Out of scope
- Legal opinion and litigation
- Quantity surveying
- Claims certification
