Leadership approved a transformation programme, but teams are absorbed by daily work and meetings end without actions. You need someone to drive dependencies and owners without becoming a permanent hire. We lead one programme with up to three workstreams on an explicitly part-time basis: 8–12 consultant delivery days per month for an initial three months, with action owners, dependency tracking, adoption measurement and a training handover to your team. Our target is a measured action-closure rate at the end of every month.
