Workforce governance office

Approved is one thing. Actual is another.

Scope
3 projects, 500 employee records
Indicative timing
4–6 week setup, then monthly
Progress measure
Every variance visible monthly with decision and owner

Who it is for: CFO or programme director

Illustrative scenario

Three projects, five hundred employees and a workforce budget approved a year ago. Today nobody knows precisely how many people are working against plan, or where cost is heading. We set up an office that compares approved versus actual, tracks headcount, forecasts cost, logs every change and brings monthly decisions to leadership. Our target is that every variance from approved is visible monthly with a decision and an owner.

Workflow

  1. Link records to approved budget

  2. Approved-versus-actual view

  3. Cost forecast and change log

  4. Monthly decision meeting

Out of scope

  • Data clean-up beyond scope
  • Payroll processing
  • Software and licences

Next step

Share the approved budget and employee records.
